Strategic Planning & Facilitation
Oʻahu Economic Strategy:
The 2022 O’ahu Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) sets a five-year direction for Oʻahu to build a diversified, regenerative economy that prioritizes environmental and community health. The strategy was created through an inclusive multi-stakeholder, community-driven process with nearly
1,000 residents. The CEDS includes action plans for affordable housing, local agriculture, education and innovation, health, environment, arts, safety and peace, and regenerative hospitality.

Comprehensive Reports & Research
Hawai’i Voluntary Local Review:
First comprehensive statewide review on the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals in the country. The report details Hawaiʻi’s local progress on the global goals with data analysis and storytelling.

Network Design & Stakeholder + Community Engagement
Aloha+ Challenge Dashboard:
Multi-year facilitated engagement process that brought together over five hundred people from government, business, academia, philanthropy, civil society, and the community in meetings across all four counties to identify sustainability metrics for a shared Dashboard.

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Training & Professional Development
School & Organizational Culture Transformation:
Professional Development for administrators and teachers to create a school culture where everyone thrives through a unique approach to Social Emotional Learning (SEL) – Awakening Wisdom – developed and practiced over fifty years by the Hōʻala Foundation for Education. Training is available for schools, nonprofits, and businesses.

Immersive Events & Experiences
Hawaiʻi Green Growth 10th Anniversary:
Reception with local musicians, artists, filmmakers, and sustainability leaders and students. The event on the Hawaiʻi Convention Center rooftop was live-streamed for statewide audiences in partnership with NMG Network, Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority, University of Hawai’i, Hawaiʻi Book & Music Festival, Pineapple Tweed PR, and others.

Promo Video for Island-Led Climate Action:
90-second video uplifting island leadership on climate change in Hawai’i and the Pacific. The promo video was intended to succinctly tell a story of islands leading on global sustainability challenges, and mobilize new resources to scale up programming.
